What is the maximum size you can cut ?
Our laser bed is 900x600mm.
We can fit longer materials, with a maximum width of 900mm.
That being said, if you work with fabric or leather, we can always find ways to fold the materials and work larger & longer surfaces. Don’t hesitate to contact us !

I need a quote ASAP. What should I do ?
Email us with your design.
Please add as many details as you can: i.e quantity, material (thickness, colour), how quickly you need it done and if you need it shipped or not.
We generally get back to you within 1 or 2hrs.

How fast will I receive my order ?
We produce most of our orders within 24hr and dispatch them using either Royal Mail ( 1st class) or a tracked courier service.
Please contact us to get the most accurate lead time.

What kind of file format do you need ?
We work on Abode Illustrator and Lightburn.
We accept vectorised designs saved as .ai, .dxf, .svg or .pdf
If you need help with your files or support vectorising your design, we offer design services, at the rate of £25/h.

What kind of materials can you cut ? And can I bring my own ?
We cut and/or engrave a large selection of laser-safe materials: from perspex to plywood, latex, paper, foam, fabric, leather etc.
If you have a different material in mind or want to use your own, please get in touch via email.
We love trying new stuff !

Do you cut metals ?
No ! We do not cut metals.
We currently only engrave patinated metals.
