Most standard references of perspex/acrylic, plywood and MDF are held in stock at the studio. If you need something we currently do not have, we are happy to order in for you. We have a trusted network of suppliers who can deliver within 24hrs.
If you want to use your own material, we’re happy to process it as long as we’ve established that it is laser-safe. This particularly applies to artificial leather and plastics.

We do not laser cut or laser engrave PVC, vinyl, foamex, artificial leather (unless laser-safe options), ABS and unidentified plastics due to the toxic fumes.

PLYWOOD
perfect for cutting & engraving
Stock: poplar (AB grade, PEFC certified) and birch (BB grade, PEFC certified) in 3/6/9/12mm
We can order in 0.4/0.8/1.5/2mm if requested.
We mostly use poplar. We prefer its natural tone and almost knot-free surface. We can also stain the wood to achieve darker tone.
ACRYLIC
perfect for cutting & engraving
Stock: cast Perspex® . Clear in 2/3/5mm. Black and white in 3mm.
We can also order clear acrylic in 1/4/6/8/10/12mm.
Colours & mirror acrylic are mostly available in 3/5mm.
MDF
cutting & engraving
Stock: 2/3/6/9/12mm
We can spray paint the MDF to the colour of your choice if requested (additional cost depending on project).
FABRIC & LATEX
for precise & intricate cutting
Stock: we do not stock textiles. Our clients come with their chosen materials.
We laser cut cotton, polyester, silk, organza, felt, latex etc to the highest standard.
We DO NOT cut PVC-based textiles.
We recommend doing a couple of samples before placing a large order.
LEATHER
cutting & engraving
Stock: we do not stock leather.
We can laser cut and/or engrave your vegetable tanned leather.
We will not process chrome tanned leather, due to toxic fumes.
Engraving does look good on dark leather, but we will always recommend a lighter leather to get a nice contrasted result.
PAPER/CARD/FOAM BOARD
for fast and intricate cutting
Stock: we stock basic white 200-300 gsm paper/card
We can discuss the references you need and order in if requested.
MYLAR
for flexible stencil cutting
Stock: We stock A4 mylar, in light and medium weight.
FOAM / PLASTAZOTE
cutting
Stock: we do not stock foam.
We can laser cut laser-safe foams like EVA foam or plastazote.
As foam is a soft material, we can cut thicknesses beyond 12mm. The max we have done so far is 30mm.
FRAMIS/SISER
cutting
Stock: we do not stock Framis/Siser.
Both brands are perfect laser cutting. Their products do not contain any PVC.
Other materials:
There are plenty more materials that we can sample, laser cut and/or laser engrave such as :
